Yes. The free trial includes 4 workouts. There is no time limit on the free trial, and no payment card is required.

On an Omnigym device, the weight scale has a small arrow that indicates the kilogram value of each weight unit. If the machine has two separate weight units, the total weight you are lifting is the sum of both units (for example, 20 kg + 42.5 kg = 62.5 kg). The weight units do not need to be set at the same kilogram value on both sides.

If an Omnigym outdoor gym has equipment that is not listed in the equipment selection for that specific outdoor gym in the ExterGym - Outdoor Gym App, you can report it through the "Is a machine missing?" feature. Your suggestion will be reviewed by our administrators. However, you do not need to wait for the suggestion to be approved. The equipment you select will be immediately available for use in your workouts.

No. The training programs available in the app are created by humans, not by AI. All training programs are professionally designed by qualified expert. The app personalizes training programs based on the equipment available at each outdoor gym. The personalization logic has been developed by fitness professionals, and exercise substitutions for different outdoor gyms have been individually defined for each training program. The exercises within each program have been carefully selected and structured. As a result, not every training program is available at every outdoor gym, since some locations may not have the specific equipment required to perform the program as intended.
